Responsibilities
As a member of our team (fulltime) at our location in Nashua, NH, United States, you will utilize your expertise to assist in the deployment of our ERP solution, proALPHA, either on-site or remotely for our customers. We value close collaboration with our colleagues, while also providing you with ample opportunity to independently design and manage your projects, offering great flexibility- Consulting: You will be advising customers from the initial idea to the final implementation of our ERP software in production, purchasing, sales, or materials management.
- Analysis: You will analyze existing processes and developing concepts for problemsolving and optimization.
- Workshops: You will prepare software presentations, conducting training sessions and workshops, and delivering them to our customers.
- Time management: You will ensure timely delivery of all project phases based on deadlines, budgets, and quality.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of technical or managerial studies or equivalent training is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: Prior experience working as an ERP consultant or relevant experience in an industrial or trading company is required. A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in the ERP field is preferred.
- Expertise: You must possess a comprehensive understanding of business processes in the ERP environment and have broad logistics knowledge.
- Personality: You should be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, a passion for consulting, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Traveling: You will be based at our location in Nashua (NH) with home office options - willingness to travel up to 50% is required, mostly domestic US.
- Language: Very good English language skills are a must. German would be an advantage.
